Gordon A. Etzler & Associates, LLP is proud to announce that Attorney Christopher A. Buckley was recently accredited as an attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for Veterans benefits before the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA). As a certified Veterans claims attorney he is authorized to represent Veterans in all fifty states before all VA Administrative Boards, Federal District Courts, Federal Counts of Appeals including the Court of Appeals for Veterans Affairs and the United States Supreme Court.
Chris proudly served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps from August 1998 to August 2002. He served in the United States and abroad in peace and in hostility and had the opportunity to both lead and follow truly great service men and women. Also in the Marine Corps he received several regular promotions and was honorably discharged from active duty as a Sergeant (E-5). In the process he earned many accommodations, medals, and awards and enjoyed serving as a Marine a great deal. He decided however to leave military service in order to pursue his education. He received his undergraduate degree in May of 2006 and received his law degree from Valparaiso University in May of 2009.
Many veterans regrettably do not take advantage of the many benefits to which they are entitled. This group of exemplary soldiers, sailors, and marines have fought hard and sacrificed much to receive these hard earned benefits. Chris became an attorney to accomplish just that.
Chris looks forward to begin helping Veterans’ challenges and helping to secure their well deserved benefits. There is no greater honor than to serve those who have given so much.
